PLC-Mall sells new and surplus products and develops channels to purchase such product.

PLC-Mall sells Surplus, Refurbished, and Used products, which we source through independent channels. We are not an authorized distributor or representative for the listed manufacturers. All warranties are with PLC-Mall and not with the original manufacturer of the product. This website is not sanctioned or approved by any manufacturer or tradename listed. Designated trademarks, brand names and brands appearing herein are the property of their respective owners..

We specialize in the fast delivery of immediately available or short lead time automation components and spare parts for a worldwide customer base. We also excel in supplying hard to find obsolete products.

We sell items from Siemens, Yaskawa Vipa, Helmholz, Festo, Beckhoff, Sick, IFM, Wago, Allen Bradley and smaller quantities from other manufacturers.

Our items are mainly procured from surplus or stock lots. Current components from YASKAWA VIPA and HELMHOLZ may be backordered / reordered from the manufacturer.

Our offer is directed exclusively to commercial customers. All prices stated in this store are net fixed prices. All our deliveries are subject to the conditions stipulated in our general terms and conditions of sale, delivery and payment which can be downloaded under Terms & Conditions.

Component Conditions

We sell items in several condition levels:

• -MFS- New original manufacturer sealed item. This item usually has a current series/version and manufacture date.
• -FS-/Sealed Surplus The component is an unused, surplus item in the original manufacture's packaging and has an intact/unbroken factory seal. This item was acquired through surplus. Potentially older manufacture date.
• -NEW-/Open Box The component is an unused, surplus item and is, in most cases, in the original packaging where the original seal has been opened. If the component is not in the original packaging, it is packaged securely in a very clean neutral box.
• -RFUR- Refurbished item in neutral packaging
• -USED- The component was tested thoroughly, cleaned by a trained plc-mall.com technician, and is in perfect functioning order. The part must pass through testing and inspection before being available for sale.

Inventory and delivery quantities

Deliverable components are highlighted in color, and the current available quantity is displayed for each item.

The displayed inventory data is regularly updated and in rare cases, there may be order overlaps beyond our control. In case items are not available as ordered, you will be notified accordingly.

The delivery quantities are limited for most items. Larger quantities can be requested via the order form as well as by e-mail. In order to maintain the ability to deliver frequently requested parts, we reserve the right to limit the total delivery quantity of an item per customer.

When ordering via the webshop, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order. If this email does not reach you, please send a message to sales@plc-mall.com.

The processed order will be confirmed as soon as possible by separate e-mail. The order processing is usually done in the sequence of the order receipt. Order overlaps are possible.

Please provide us with an e-mail address for the correct receipt of invoice.

For deliveries within the EU, a valid VAT-ID number is required.

Advance payment is required by all customers unless payment terms have been set up with PLC-Mall.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Personal Checks for all North American purchases, wire transfers for international orders, and cash for local pickups. If an order is placed and a Proforma Invoice is issued, no guarantee of product availability will be made until the funds are transferred. Payment must be made before 4:30 PM CST in order for the order to ship that same business day

We ship worldwide. No matter where you are located or what your delivery requirements may be, we will find a solution to meet your specific needs. Whether you are a domestic or an international customer, we have the expertise to provide a shipping solution to meet not only your timeframe requirements but also your budget as well. For our international customers: ALL TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE BUYER.

Orders are shipped from Mon.-Fri. until 5pm (CST) with one of our service providers. The shipment is confirmed by e-mail. With the shipping confirmation you will receive a copy of the ship list and the tracking information.

We offer express shipping as well as shipping on your own carrier account.

We can also blind ship upon request. We can include your packslip in the shipment as well.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs depend on the destination, shipping method, weight and value of goods. For deliveries within US, Canada, Mexico, & Singapore shipping costs are displayed when ordering via the webshop. For worldwide deliveries, the calculation is made once order has been placed and shipping dimensions are calculated.

Items purchased from plc-mall.com (“plc-mall”) may not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty because plc-mall is not an “authorized” dealer of the merchandise. However, the item is covered by plc-mall’s 12-Month Warranty, the terms of which are set forth below.

1. Warranty

plc-mall warranties all products sold to be in good working order and free from defects for 12 months (1 year) after the purchase date. If an item is found to be defective within this time frame, the purchaser may return the item to plc-mall for testing. If the item is found by plc-mall to be defective, plc-mall will repair or replace the item for no charge. A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.We cover products if the internal components are found to be defective. plc-mall will repair or replace the item for no charge. A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.We do not cover products if they become defective from external factors like accidents, natural disasters, power surges, improper usage, insufficient maintenance, acts of God, or vandalism. For products to be eligible for a warranty return, you must meet these conditions:

• You have a purchase receipt or proof of purchase
• The products must be defective from internal factors (i.e. components)
• The products are returned within 1 years after the purchase date

Items described "Sold as is", batteries, software, and wear parts are not covered by our Standard Warranty or Return policies If you have any questions please feel free to contact us via e-mail or telephone.

• Please contact us before an item is sent so and RMA can be referenced.
• For all returns a copy of the ship list or invoice is absolutely required
• All returns must include a short but precise description of the defect or problem
• We cannot accept parts that have been damaged as a result of incorrect handling or faulty operating conditions
• The serial number and barcode of any item returned must match that of the item we sent
• All returns must include original plc-mall barcode or the Standard Warranty is void
• Return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer
• Please refer to the Standard Return Policy for further instructions on returns
• After receipt and inspection of the rejected item, the appropriate credit note will be issued.
• Buyers have 30 calendar days to return and item for a non-warranty issue.
